Description KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Brief & Revert To Research Agencies And Get Proposals For Research To Be Conducted. - Supervise Research Fieldwork. - Analyses Data From Research. Run Regular 6Ps Reviews And Suggest Action Plans And Follow Up On Execution - Coordinate Formulation Of Issues & Opportunities, Strategies & Objectives. - Suggest Jobs To Be Done/ Priorities Per Category As Per Category Strategy And Brand Audit - Translate Brand Strategies/Objectives Into Brand Marketing Plan. - Oversee Marketing And Advertising Activities To Ensure Consistency With Brand Strategy & Objectives. - Delivering The Annual Financial Plan As Measured Through Market Share, Topline, Margin And Profit. - Work With Media, Communication, Digital, And Activation Agencies To Execute Brand Plans. - Work With Monitoring & Media Agencies To Get Optimal Media Exposure. - Work With Cross Functional Teams & Activation, Media PR Agencies To Deliver Results Expected From Promotions And Activations - Work With Cross Functional Teams And Make Proposals For Projects Documents. - Prepare & Coordinate All Required Inputs For Different Projects Gates. - Prepare Label And Product Development - Track & Monitor Innovation KPIs. - Put Together Yearly A&P Plan. - Track & Monitor A&P Spend To Ensure ‘’actual Is In Line With Forecast’’. - Drive Return Of A&P Investment On All Promotional Activities.
