Description KEY RESPONSIBILITIES •Ensure That Visitors’ Requests Are Met Within The Shortest Possible Time While Maintaining A Pleasant Disposition. •Customer Survey And Competitor Research Analysis •Encourage Visitors To Fill In The ‘‘We Love Our Customers Form”. •Receiving Client Requests And Redirecting To Client Service •Handle Multiple Phone Lines In A Timely Manner And Direct The Calls To The Concerned Person. •Manage Customers And Job Seekers Expectations. •Keep Customers, Job Seekers And Visitors In General Duly Informed Where Necessary. •Handle Customer Complaints And Enquiries Appropriately. •Ensuring That The Front Desk Area Is Kept Presentable At All Times. •Any Other Duties That May Be Assigned To You From Time To Time REQUIREMENT •Effective Relationship Building Skills •Ability To Work Effectively On Own Initiative As Well As Within A Team •Integrity And Reliability •Positive And Proactive Attitude •Result-oriented, Be Able To Multi-task, And Meet Deadlines •Proficient In Microsoft Office Applications
