Description	KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop And Manage The FI And IB Business Of The Company.  Develop A Comprehensive 3-year Strategy (and Implementation Plan) For The Company’s FI And IB Business.  Actively Manage All The Key Relationships In The Company’s FI And IB Business. This Will Include, But Not Be Limited To:  Relationships With Existing Clients, Globally;  Relationships With Key Partners;  Relationships With Regulators, Service Providers And Other Stake Holders;  Expand The Company’s Active FI And IB Client Base.  Lead Client Meetings And Pitches; And Provide Strategic Advice And Proposals.  Ensure Excellent Research And Due Diligence In Any Deal.  Develop And Monitor Assessments On Portfolio Risk By Collaborating With Analysts And Portfolio Managers.  Maintenance Of Portfolios, And Reporting On Portfolio Strengths And Weaknesses To Management.  Delegate Responsibilities And Supervise The Work Of The FI And IB Team Providing Guidance And Motivation To Drive Maximum Performance.  Oversee The Recruitment Of Competent Staff Members For The FI And IB Desk. KEY REQUIREMENTS • Must Possess Between Seven To Ten Years Of Relevant Post Qualification Experience In A Related Firm. • A Minimum Of First Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Or A Related Field. A Master’s Degree In The Above Courses Will Be An Added Advantage. A Certificate In The Ghana Stock Exchange Course Is A Requirement. • A Qualification As A Charted Financial Analyst (CFA) Will Be An Added Advantage.
