Description	KEY DUTIES: Ensure All Renewal And New Leases Are Timeously Negotiated And Professionally Compiled. Maintain Positive Relationships With All Tenants, Landlords/Landlord Representatives And Associated Brokers  Supply Information And Support Services To Prospective Tenants And Brokers  Compile And Distribute Vacancy Schedule To All Brokers And Targeted Prospective Tenants. Maintain And Grow Broker Relationships / Database  Well Organised  Leasing Strategy Formulated Input Provided To In The Budgeting Process & Manage Budgets  Tenant Files Kept Up To Date With Relevant Correspondence Negotiate Leases On New Developments  Obtain And Necessary Documents From Tenants For The Preparation Of Leases Cold Calling To Prospective Tenants And Establish Relationship  Promote New Developments With Prospective Tenants And External Broker Networks Proactively Marketing Of Vacant Space  With The Necessary Support Compile Proposals And Conclude Lease Negotiations Follow Up On Outstanding Leases, Required Documents And Credit Checks  Conduct Research On Rental Trends, Market Rentals And Competitors KEY QUALIFICATION: Bachelors Degree In A Property Related Field Or Any Field.
