Description	KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage Nightly Hotel Operations. • Always Greet Guests In A Friendly And Professional Manner According To Villa Monticello Standards. • Engage Each Guest As A Unique Individual And Listen Attentively To Their Requests. • Perform Accurate Check-ins And Check-outs Of Guests Daily. • Answer The Telephone In A Timely And Professional Manner. • Sell Hotel Rooms And Hotel Services Over The Phone And In Person And Ensure All Procedures Are Followed. • Verify The Revenue From All Outlets Are Accurately Balanced And Follow-up On Any Discrepancies. • Anticipate And Attend To Guest’s Needs. • Address Guests Complaints/concern And Resolve Their Issues In Timely Manner. • Learn And Adhere To All Fire And Emergency Procedures. • Comply With Villa Monticello’s Policies, Procedures And Code Of Conduct. • Keep Work Area Neat And Tidy.
