Description	1. Supervise The Work Of Farm Hands And Endures Thaat They Perform Their Duties Efficiently. 2. Coordinate The Activities Of Farm Hands Such As Proper Planting Of Crops Like Plantain, Cocoyam Etc. 3. Coordiante All Irrigation Activities And Ensures That There Is Water Available To Guarantee High Crop Yields. 4. Ensure That Planting Is Done At The Appropriate Periods During The Onset Of Teh Major And Minor Rainy Seasons To Ensure Production Is Done At Minimal And Effective Cost.
