Description 1. Undertake Recruitment Assignements By Managing Job Postings, Candidate Screening And Testing, Interviewing Candidate Communication And Maintaining Candidate Database On ERecruitment. 2. Proactively Advise And Educate Managers And Employees On How To Address Industrial Relations Matters Such As Employee Performance, Grievances, Employee Conduct And Inapprpriate Interpersonal Actions To Pre-empt And Prevent Escalations And Formal Actions. 3. Drive A Consistent And High Quality Performance Review Processes By Administering And Tracking Of Objective Setting, Performance Appraisals, Calibration And People Strategy Sessions. 4. Provide Support And Administration With Respect To Talent Management Activities Across The Region Including The Rollout Of Training Programs, Development Programs And Related Reporting. 5. Effectively Apply Knowledge Of Organisational Pay Structures, Pay Scales And Salary Ranges. 6. Ensure Adherence To All Personnel Administration Policies, Process, Systems And Procedures. 7. Guide And Motivate Others To Take Action In Supporting Organisational Change. 8.
