Preferred Qualifications	Bachelor’s Degree In Finance, Economics Or Accounting Or A Professional Accounting Qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ICA). Knowledge In Accounts Controls, Accounts Payables Processing, Taxation In Ghana Such As Value Added Tax And Withholding Tax. Minimum Of Five (5) Years’ Post Qualification Experience, Three (3) Of Which Should Be In The Oil And Gas Industry. Knowledge In Finance Controls.

Description	1. Register All Invoices Received At The Company's Head Office Whether By Email Or Mail. Date And File On Live Link Invoices Received And Registered. 2. Issue Release PO In MAXIMO With Request From Budget Holders Against Invoices For Purchase Contract. 3. Log Daily All Ghana And Foreign Invoices In MAXIMO As Soon As Received, Correctly Capturing VAT, WHT Where Applicable. 4. Carry Out Monthly Reconciliation Of All Ghana And Foreign Vendors And Issue Age Analysis Report At The End Of Each Month. 5. Maintain And Update A Schedule For Manual Accruals. 6. Prepare And Post Monthly And Annual Accruals. 7. Be The Focal Point For All The Line Departments On All Payment Processing Issues – Deal With All Enquiries And Provide Regular Updates On Status Of Unresolved Invoices.
