Description	JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Review The Organisation's Standard Forms And Documentation To Ensure Completeness And To Simplify, Where Possible Continuously Examine And Appraise Legal Systems And Procedures That May Impact On The Organisation's Performance. 2. Provide Legal Advice As Necessary On All Issues Related To The Businesses And Their Proper Administration. 3. Provide Legal Advice As Necessary On All Issues Related To The Businesses And Their Proper Administration. 4. Provide Support For The Efficient And Effective Execution Of The Day To Day Administrative, Operational And Logistical Duties Related To The Function. 5.Provide Support On Corporate Governance Issues, Including But Not Limited To Company Secretarial Duties And All Related Matters, Statutory Compliance With Regulations (annual Returns, Applications And Other Statutory Forms ) And Statutes In Force KEY REQUIREMENTS: 1.
