Description JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Log All Incidents And Service Requests In OGE’s Designated Service Desk System (Fresh Service). And Where Necessary Logging On Behalf Of Staff. 2. Troubleshoot Technical Issues To Resolution And/or Escalate To Supplier Or A Responsible Person As Required. 3. Manage Support Tickets, Planning And Prioritising Systematically To Minimise Backlog And Ensure Operational Efficiency. 4. Manage Printers And Cloud Print Services By Ensuring Service Uptime, Adding Users To Respective Printers And Clear Printer Errors/paper Jams. 5. Demonstrate Commitment To And Promotion Of A Culture Of Service Excellence And Continual Improvement Within The IT Department. 6. User Accounts Management And Updates 7. User Surveys And Maintaining Uptime Records For All Key Systems Including But Not Limited To Call Center PBX, Internet Uptime KEY SKILLS: 1. Concentration And An Eye For Detail 2. Problem Solving Skills 3. Understanding Of Computer And Network Fundamentals 4. Proficiency In MS Office, Google Docs, Mac OS, Windows, Android, And Chrome OS
