Description JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Spot Key Trends In Growth And Churn Early, And Make Recommendations To Reporting Manager Where Relevant. 2. Segment Sales And Revenues Into Key Identifiable Segments, And Develop Understanding Of The Sales & Revenue Performance In Each Segment, Identifying Areas For Improvements. 3. Provide The Analytical Foundation For Proposition Development, Ensuring As Much As Possible That Such Customer Offerings Are Rooted In Quantifiable Hypotheses. 4. Analyse The Drivers Of Revenue And Assist In The Forecasting Of Different Revenue Lines. 5.Advise How Targets Should Be Allocated Among Various Channels. 6. Track Performance Against Budget, Both Overall And Within Channels And Issue Recommendations As Necessary. KEY REQUIREMENTS: 1. Fluent In English 2. Conversational In A Local Language 3. Outstanding Knowledge Of Database Systems And Report Management Software Applications. 4. Outstanding Knowledge Of Business Intelligence Databases And Tools 5. Sound Commercial Acumen 6. Good Relationship Building Skills 7. Knowledge Of Fixed And Broadband Products 8. Experienced In Statistical Analysis 9. Skilful And Experienced In Using Microsoft Word, Excel And PowerPoint And Other Analytical Software
