Description	1.Reports To The Client And Responsible For The Overall Management And Supervision Of The Contract. 2. Oversight And Co-ordination Of Day To Day Services For, Office Cleaning, Fire And Life Safety, Operations & Maintenance Of All Electro-mechanical Installations, And Other Operational Activities Included In This Contract Within The Building Compound, Including Management Of Its Direct Personnel And Its Own Sub-contractors. 3. Ensure That A Service Schedule Is Finalized And Executed, As Agreed With The Client. 4.Perform Daily Inspections Of The Building And All Electromechanical Systems. 5.Schedule And Oversee General Preventive Maintenance And Delivery According To Authorised Maintenance Contractors (AMCs), In Coordination With The Client. 6.Maintain Accurate Records With Regard To Inspection Of Equipment And General Preventative Maintenance. 7. Attend Daily/weekly Meetings With The Client To Report On Weekly Activities And Checks. 8. Conducting Periodic Fire Drills In Compliance With The Client’s Group Guidelines WORKING HOURS: 1. Mondays To Fridays, 8.00am To 5.00pm 2. On Call Basis For Out Of Office Hours And Weekends, Including Holidays, In The Case Of Emergency And Supervision Of Maintenance Works During Weekends.
