Description 1. Develop And Present The Operating Budget For The Employee Relations Unit And Upon Final Budget Approval Assure That All Functions Operate Within Appropriated Amounts. 2. Develop, Implement, And Administer The Management-labour Relations Area Of The Personnel Program In An Effort To Improve Labour Relations 3. Evaluate Or Review Evaluations Of Performance On Employees 4. Formulate And Recommend Program Goals And Objectives In All Areas Of Employee Relations 5. Design And Ensures Bank Is In Compliance With The Collective Bargaining Agreement. 6. Recommend Hiring, Promotion, Termination, Disciplinary, And Commendatory Actions Of All Assigned Personnel 7. Supervise And Provide Direction To Staff Engaged In Developing And Administering HR Processes Such As Recruitment, Selection, Safety, And Workers Compensation
