Description 1. Answer, Process, Dispatch, And Direct To The Appropriate Service Provider (including The Client’s Personnel) All Requests For Facilities Services; Processing Includes Entering The Work Requests Into A Computer Database That Tracks And Monitors The Requests. 2. Extend Services That Are Requested By Walk-up Customers And Process Their Requests And Provide Feedback To The End Users On The Status Of Service Requests. 3. Provide Quarterly Customer Satisfaction Assessments On Services, Also To Be Shared With Customers And Provide Monthly Reports On Service Request Activity, Customer Satisfaction.
