Description Responsible For Coordinating All Activities Of The Joint Venture Monitors And Evaluates The Efficient And Effective Implementation Of Strategy, Operating Plan And Budget To Ensure Ethical Compliance, Client Satisfaction And Business Growth  Provide Leadership For The Overall And Effective Coordination Of All Activities Of The Joint Venture By Setting Up Policies, Coordinating Operational Plans And Managing The Budget  Develop And Execute Policy Guidelines For Managing Institutional Risks And Ensuring Ethical Compliance With Industry And Professional Standards  Develop Financial Strategy, Including Risk Minimization Plans And Ensuring Liquidity And Financial Stability Of The Business Through Efficient And Effective Budget Consolidation And Cash Flow Management So As To Meet Day-to-day Operational Needs.  Set Up Accounting Procedures (invoice, Receipts, Cash Requests, Etc.) And Other Internal Control Systems For The Joint Venture  Attract, Develop, Reward And Retain Skilled And Experienced Contractors And Subcontractors To Achieve Set Goals And Objectives Of The Project  Help Set Up A Joint Management Team For The Project  Reconcile Financial Statements And Generate Financial Reports And Statements To Be Presented To Management On Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-annual And Annual Basis  Prepare Company Tax And Ensure Compliance To Statutory Law And Financial Regulations  Coordinate The External Financial Audit  Develop And Manage Relationships With Key Stakeholders (Government, Industry, Regulators, Donors And Community) For Continued Success.  Post-qualification Work Experience Of Not Less Than 20 Years In A Similar Role  Demonstrable Experience In Drawing Up Budgets, Managing Employee Contracts, Administering Compensation And Benefits And Policy Design And Implementation Is Key  A Professional Certification In Accounting, Administration Or HR (ACCA/ICA, CIPD/IHRMP, CIAMC) Is An Added Advantage
