Description The HR Manager Will Be Responsible For Implementing Human Resources Programs By Providing Human Resources Services, Including Talent Acquisition, Staffing, Employment Processing, Compensation, Health And Welfare Benefits, Training And Development, Safety And Health, Succession Planning, Employee Relations And Retention. Other Duties Include; • Assist With The Development Of Human Resources Policies For The Company With Regard To Employee Relations • Partner With Management To Communicate Human Resources Policies, Procedures, Programs, And Laws. • Organize And Manage New Employee Orientation, On-boarding And Training Programs • Maintain Employee Records And Paperwork • Responsible For Staff Career Development And Training. • Coordinate Performance Management And Improvement Systems • Responsible For Compensation And Benefits Administration • Initiate Organization Development Interventions • Answer Employee Questions And Addresses Employee Concerns With Company; Including Employee Safety, Welfare, Wellness And Health. Skills; • Should Be Knowledgeable In The Labour Law And Union Issues To Ensure A Peaceful Labour Front • Knowledgeable In Performance Management Systems • Should Have The Ability To Train And Organize Training • Excellent Interpersonal Relationship Building And Employee Coaching Skills
