Description The Ideal Candidate Will Oversee All Personnel-related Matters Of The Restaurant, From Recruiting And Payroll To Training Staff And Evaluating Their Performance. He Will Be Obliged To Manage Payroll, Hire Staff And Maintain Employee Records Including Contracts And Work Permits. Ultimately, He Will Ensure Employees Are Engaged, Well-trained And Productive So That They Provide Excellent Customer Service.
