Description KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsibility For Objective Setting And Performance Review Of Maintenance Department. • Supervise And Manage All Maintenance Personnel. • Ensure That Maintenance Personnel Are Adequately Trained, Equipped And Motivated So That The Maintenance Program Can Be Accomplished In Safe, Timely And Cost Effective Manner. • Communicate Regularly With All Maintenance Middle Level Managers Both Individually And As A Group To Ensure A Good Two-way Communication Concerning Maintenance Issues. • Prepare Reports, Analyses Data And Makes Recommendations For Improving Operations And Solving Maintenance –related Problems For And To The Clients. • Assist With Interviewing, Hiring And Training Maintenance Employees, Planning, Assigning And Directing Work. • Conduct Employee Performance Reviews Based On Job Descriptions To Determine Competency, Knowledge And Contribution To Maintenance Technicians. • Maintain And Update Operation Training Manuals For The Maintenance Department. • Track, Analyze And Improve Key Maintenance Parameters Such As Assets Utilization, Maintenance Costs Etc. Monitor The Usage Of Inventories Of Spare Parts, Consumables And Initiates Reordering When Necessary. • Maintain Excellent And Formally Cordial Client Relationships • Provide Technical & Commercial Response For Requests For Quotations • Maintain Safety, Health And Environmental Policies And Procedures Within The Department. • Maintain Excellent Relationship With Senior Management Colleagues In Ensuring A Sound And Cordial Working Environment In The Company • Provide Monthly Management Reports And Reviews Of Operations And Advise/make Recommendations On Enhancing Activities Towards Continuous Improvement • Achieving & Maintaining Customer/client Satisfaction • Achieving And Exceeding Client Service Level Agreements (SLA – 99.96%) • Ensuring That Random Audits Are Carried Out On A Monthly Basis • Ensuring Harmony In Client/the Organisation's Relationship • Ensuring Harmony Within Department • Providing Monthly Report Of All Operations • Ensuring That Overall Operations Are Profitable As Per Budget, Within +/-5% Of Budget • Focusing On Customer Requirements And Working Tirelessly To Satisfy Customer At All Times • Ensuring That The Organisation's Quality Management System Conforms To The Requirement Of ISO 9001:2015 • Ensuring That Processes Are Delivering Their Intended Input
