Description KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible For Handling Front Office Reception/admin Duties • Prepare Administrative Letters And Respond To Enquiries As And When Needed. • Organize Staff Meetings And Circulate Recorded Minutes To All Staff • Manage Staff Leave And Ensure A Roster Is Circulated To All Employees • Summarize Individual Monthly Mobile Post-paid Bills For Processing • Dispatch Incoming Couriers To Correspondents • Handle All Stationary Request • Monitor Stationery Stock And Place Orders For Needed Items • Receive Monthly Invoice For Lunch And Make Sure It Corresponds With Supplies And Process For Payment • Supervise Office Cleaners • Assist The Health And Safety Department In Handling Staff Related Health And Safety Issues
