Description • Assist Clinic Function By Liaising With Staff, Responding To Official Requests And Coordinating With Various Teams/departments. • Follow Proper Protocols For All Clinic Activity, Giving Feedback On Their Appropriateness To The Administrative Manager. • Manage The Registration, Scheduling And Appointment Process For Clinic Visitors And Patients; Maintain Patient Information Database Including Walk-in Clients; Remind Clients Of And Confirm Appointments; Send Out Follow-up Reminders And Notices. • Maintain Strict Confidentiality In Handling Of Patient And Clinic Records And Information • Demonstrate An Attitude Of Teamwork And Cooperation; Take Initiative To Assist Other Staff In Completion Of Their Assignments; Use Good Communication Skills In Interacting With Colleagues, Building Rapport And In Resolving Conflicts. • Contribute To Team Efforts And Strategy To Accomplish Targets
