Description	Oversee The Management And Coordination Of All Financial Reporting Activities For The Group Including: Organizational Revenue/expense And Balance Sheet Reports. • Develop And Maintain Systems Of Internal Controls To Safeguard Financial Assets Of The Organization. • Regularly Monitor And Work Closely With Management In Taking Timely Action To Ensure That Budgets And Financial Plans Stay Within Approved Levels. Manage The Daily Cash Balance And Invest Excess Funds To Achieve The Most Lucrative Rate Consistent With Company Policy. • To Provide Support In The Preparation Of Business Plans And Other Financial Forecasting For Other Ventures Supervise The Accounting Departments Of The Various Companies To Ensure The Proper Functioning Of All Systems, Databases And Financial Software. Provide Regular Maintenance And Backup Of All Accounting Systems And Supervise Company Financial Staff. • Oversee The Preparation And Timely Filing Of All Tax Returns And Manage All Tax Related Issues. • Oversee Preparation Of Monthly, Quarterly And Annual Financial Statements. • Review All Month-end Closing Activities Including General Ledger Accounts, Balance Sheet Accounts And Overhead Cost Allocation. • Liaise With HR To Establish Clear Organizational Structures And Succession Plans Aligned With Appropriate Responsibilities, Accountability And Personal Development For All Staff Manage Relationships With External Auditors, Banks, SSNIT, Ghana Revenue Authority And Regulatory Officers On Relevant Issues And Suppliers Prepare And Submit Quarterly Reports On Work Performed For Management And Board Attention
