Description • Taking Inbound Calls From Customers. • Responding To General Enquiries From Individuals, The Products We Offer, How To Sign Up, How To Make Contributions Etc. – Forward Institutional Leads To The Business Development Team To Follow Up And Close Sale. • Respond To Inquiries From Existing Scheme Members Pertaining To Their Accounts, Statements, Online Access/set Up, Redemptions, Transferring Of Other Assets Etc. • Liaise With Other Departments To Resolve Or Escalate Issues Identified Or Reported By Customers • Customer Retention – Encourage Customers Who Call With A Request To Transfer Out Or Redeem (100% Liquidation) Their Benefits To Keep, If Not All, Part Of Their Benefits With Petra In Order To Achieve Retention Target. • Log All Phone Calls Received Each Day Into The CRM; Process All Customer Requests Within The Agreed SLA And Communicate Completion To Customer. • Customer Complaints – Efficiently And Effectively Resolve All Customer Complaints And Log Them In The CRM.
