Description I. Develop And Implement The Annual Corporate Marketing And Communications Strategy As Part Of The Subsidiary Companies’ Overall Strategic Plan, In Support Of Key Business Goals Of The Subsidiary Companies. Ii. Plan, Manage And Execute Public Relations And Marketing Plans To Promote The Company’s Brand, Services, And Client Relations Iii. Establish Effective Media Relationships And Ensure The Growth And Lead The Implementation Of The Company's Media-relations Strategy To Enhance Goodwill And Positive Coverage For The Companies. Iv. Oversee The Management Of Internal Communications (including E-newsletters) V. Manage Reputation, Identify And Mitigate Issues That May Concern The Company In Advance, And Managing And Reporting On Complaints Received By The Companies. Vi. Design Programmes To Create And Maintain A Positive Image Of The Corporation To The External Publics Vii. Identify And Manage Opportunities For The CEOs/Key Executives To Participate In Seminars, For And Other Business Engagements That Would Enhance The Company’s Image And Expand Their Business Network. Viii. Oversee Award Submissions For The Company And Key Staff Deserving Of Recognition Ix. Prepare Speeches For CEOs, And If Required, Executive Chairman Or Other Key Executives X. Oversee The Management Of The Compnay Website And Social Media Pages And Ensure Regular Updates Of All Content Xi. Represent The Company On Forums And Other Functions From Time To Time Xii. Manage The Corporation's Customer Care Function To Enhance Client Satisfaction In Line With The Corporation's Service Delivery Charter. Xiii. Plan & Manage The Corporation’s Key Events Xiv. Manage The Development And Implementation Of Corporate Social Responsibility Programmes Xv. Develop And Implement Crisis Management Strategies To Alleviate Crisis Situations And Maintain Positive Reputation. Xvi. Manage And Implement Change Initiatives To Achieve Desired Business Plans And Culture Other Related Details; Ability To Deliver Agreed Results In A Timely Manner Experience In Developing Design/campaign Briefs And Following Them Through To Completion Demonstrated Initiative In Implementing Brand Awareness And Communication Tools For Internal And External Stakeholders Demonstrated High Level Of Interpersonal And Communication Skills Demonstrated Ability To Provide Exceptional Customer Service, With A Strong Focus On Ensuring The Best Possible Outcomes For Clients And Stakeholders
