Description	1. Source, Develop And Assess Business Leads And Develop A Solid Pipeline Of Lending Opportunities. 2. Grow A Sustainable Loan Portfolio In The Allocated Regions In Ghana. 3. Build And Maintain Relationships With Stakeholders, Technical Partners, Financial Partners (banks And Non‐bank Financial Institutions) For Possible Loan Syndication Arrangements. 4. Oversee And Ensure The Smooth Transition And Support Of Clients Through The Underwriting, Approval And Closing Processes. 5. Prepare And Submit Credit Proposals To The Credit Committee. 6. Ensure Adequate Loan Monitoring And Arrears Management Towards A Healthy Loan Portfolio. 7. Monitor And Work With Clients, Where Applicable, To Implement Their Business Plans In Order To Enhance Client Performance And Lower Investment Risk.
