Description	The Candidate Is Expected To: • Set Monthly Sales Targets As Agreed With Founders And Execute • Ensure Continuous “process Improvement” Across All Transactions As Company Scales Volume • Ensure Budgets And Funding Is Made Available Upon Request For All Company Transactions • Develop And Close Client Leads When And Where Possible • Ensure “digitization” Is At The Forefront Of The “booking-sailing” Process At The Company. • Ensure Team Leads Are Fully In Line With Operations At Origin(warehouse) Or Exit Ports Across Ghana • Ensure Budgets And Funding Is Made Available Upon Request For All Company Transactions • Ensure All Regulator Permits Are Available • Provide End To End Commercial Know-how During Import And Export Transactions • Periodic Review On Our Commercial Strategy To Apply Best Fit To Market. • Constantly Providing Best Solutions To Commercial Activities In Terms Of The Company’s Services. • Give Support Where Necessary To Product And Tech Department In Terms Of Internal And External Platform Development And Management.
