Description	• Produce High Quality, Accurate, Timely And Compliant Financial Information • Define And Execute Key Financial Policies • Manage Company Chart Of Accounts • Owner Of Process And Solution Ensuring Compliance To Amend Chart Of Accounts Information • Manage Group Balance Sheet (non-operational) • Deliver Statutory Reporting Requirements • Prepare Annual Financial Statements And Manage Interface With ABL And Group Office • Accounting And Cost Control (including Recharges) • Provide The FP&A Team With Board And Statutory Reporting Requirements • Support Finance Staff Across The Country, Developing Relevant Long Term Capability Through Coaching And Training • Analytical Assessment On Balance Sheet And Cash Flow Optimization • Recommendations On Any Improvements To Policies And Procedures
