Description	• Siting, Installing, Upgrading, And Maintaining All Company Holdings Nationwide • Setting Up Appropriate Structures For The Outdoor Department. • Be The Lead In Key Projects Such As The Installation Of Spectacular Billboards. • Identify And Solve Complex Problems Impacting The Operations Of The Outdoor Department. • Represent The Company In All Stakeholders’ Meetings And Conferences So Far As The Outdoor Is Concern • Setting Targets, Monitoring And Assessing The Performance Of The Outdoor Staff Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, And Yearly. • To Beef Up The Team By Nurturing The Current Employees Hence Training Some To Take The Role Of Team Leaders And Supervisors. • Ensure All Outdoor Works Are Executed Professionally Within The Time Frame Specified
