Description | • Interpret HR Policies And Labor Legislation To Factory Managers And Supervisors • Prepare Monthly Human Resources Report • Visit Factory Floor Regularly, Interact With Workers With The View To Knowing Their Problems, Be Proactive And Resolve Issues That Could Lead To Down Tool By Workers • Staff File Management, Ensure Completion, Correctness And Regular Update Using The Approved Checklist • Should Be Able To Provide Required Data To Facilitate Completion Of Audits • Monitor And Record Reporting Time Of Employees • Coordinate With The Third Party - Outsourcing Agency For Attendance Data And Payroll Liaise With Departmental Heads To Carry Out Performance Appraisals Handle And Own The Recruitment And Selection Process End-to-end. • Liaise With Managers And Supervisors On The Regular Identification Of Training Needs Of Employees. • Liaise With The Safety Manager To Prepares Yearly Training Plans For GMP, Fire Drill And Safety Committee Meeting Sessions • Organize Programs To Facilitate Staff Development |
